MISTY is a 5 year spayed female with beautiful pale green
eyes. She has a shiny solid black coat with a small white patch on her
chest. She is on the larger side and has an adorable round belly. She
loves to walk around and rub against your legs and then hop into your
lap. Once in your lap she will roll all around and purr. She is great
with other animals and kids--she is extremely sweet! Misty lives in the

BUTTERSCOTCH is a 1 year orange, black, & white calico
female. She is on the smaller side and truly as sweet as butterscotch
candy. She is a very quiet cat who loves to sit in your lap and soak up
affection. She will nuzzle your face and enjoys kisses, hugs, belly
rubs, and neck rubs. She just wants to be held and will fall asleep in
your arms. She has an extraordinary personality and is anxious to find

little high strung which is common of torties. She likes to play with

JINX
is a 1-2 year domestic short hair brown tabby & white tuxedo
neutered male. He is extremely outgoing and begs for affection. He likes
to stretch out on his back for pets and will rub his face against your
hand if you don't pay enough attention to him. Jinx is a handsome young
man with pale green eyes. His favorite things are kisses on the head and

very gorgeous with a soft coat and yellow eyes. She has a quiet meow,
but likes to chat while being petted or receiving neck rubs. She will
lick your hand and give tiny nibbles to show affection. She also has an
outgoing side and loves to play with string toys and stuffed animals.

PRALINES is an adult domestic medium hair gray tabby female.
She is extremely mellow and is a champion napper. She loves other cats,
especially her playmate Cream. Pralines is a little unsure of her
surroundings right now and will hide her head in your arm when she is
feeling shy. She likes to roll around on a blanket and get scratches
under her chin. Pralines will likely blossom in a comfortable and loving

SAMMY is a wonderful 5-month old black and white cat. He has
settled into his foster home with his DAPS buddy, Wally. Sammy is a
quiet and friendly young man who loves the company of other cats and
people. He and Wally love to wrestle and romp together. They both make
their foster mother laugh everyday with their antics. Sammy is a lap cat
and enjoys curling up on the bed at night. He has the cutest little face
and would love to go to a forever home where his gentle soul will be
fully appreciated.
WALLY is a friendly and curious 3-month old orange tabby
kitten. He has settled nicely into his foster home with his DAPS friend,
Sammy. He and Sammy are best buddies and like to wrestle and play
together. Wally loves the company of other cats and people. He sits on
the couch to watch TV and sleeps on the bed at night. He enjoys sitting

CHARITY is a beautiful tortie female who loves to cuddle. If
you forget to pet her, she will remind you with a gentle nudge to your
hand. She has a sweet purr and would make a wonderful lap cat. She
currently lives in the volunteer office at the shelter.
Charity has been living in
my office at the shelter for the last month or so now. I've really grown
to love her and see what a wonderful cat she is. She is obviously very
beautiful, but in person she is even prettier having the softest coat
and amber eyes. She is so very gentle and content, she will sit on my
lap as I work or on a chair or right on my desk and just doze. She likes
to play with toys especially around dusk and is always waiting with
meows to be fed in the morning! Sometimes, to the surprise of those who
come into the office, she is perched above eye level on top of a book
case checking out the activity below! While she asks for so little, she
really can't live in here forever and deserves a proper home where she
can be part of a family. She's fine with dogs and would be great with
kids. She would really love to be able to snuggle up with people at
night. Please consider adopting her!
