DOMINIC is an adorable Dachshund, given up by his former owner who could no longer care for him. She said he was 7 years old. He’s a perky little guy, with nice tail wags of greeting, but he also has quite a sensitive side, and will need lots of kind handling and confidence-building. He does like food treats, which will help with training and bonding, and he does well with other dogs.
Dominic is looking for a calm, low-stress, Dachshund-loving home.

PIT/MASTIFF MIX PUPPIES: We have 1 remaining (of 3) of these adorable, 2-3 month old puppies, all male. They love to snuggle and play with each other, like their toys, and are also very people-oriented.Though these little guys get along well together, they’ll blossom in kind, committed homes of their very own :-)

MANCHESTER TERRIER MIX PUPPIES: we have 4 remaining of these cute, 2-3 month old puppies, 1 male and 3 female. All are playful, social and lots of fun! They like their toys, pay attention nicely for food treats, and would love to go to puppy class.
These little guys are looking for kind, committed homes where they’ll have the attention and training all puppies need.

EZRA

EZRA is a senior American Eskimo Dog who’s gentle, low-key and a little anxious. He loves food treats which will be a big help with settling and bonding in a new home. He’s polite, though not playful, with other dogs.
Ezra needs a very calm, low-stress home where he can be spoiled at last.

CHAD

This handsome young dog is CHAD, a Foxhound mix who’s about one year old. He’s energetic, goofy and a little unsure what expected of him, but he’s VERY attentive for food treats which should make him fun and easy to train. He likes to chase a ball, LOVES his toys and seems to get along with other dogs.
Chad is looking for an active home where he’ll have lots of exercise and go to obedience class.

SKYLAR

This sweet-faced girl is SKYLAR, a 3-4 year old Boxer who’s affectionate, gentle and VERY people-oriented – she LOVES petting, and likes just to be with you. Since she’s very food-motivated and attentive, she should be a wonderful dog to train (she already knows “sit”). She seems to get along with other dogs.
Skylar is looking for a kind, committed, Boxer-loving home.

MIKEY

MIKEY is a 3-4 month old Lab/Sharpei mix puppy who’s cute, cuddly and adorable! He loves people, and though he can be a little unsure of new things, he warms up quickly with kind handling and encouragement. He does well with other dogs.
Mikey will be a wonderful family pet.
Here’s what Marilyn, the trainer who runs our Sunday puppy playgroup, has to say about Mikey:
Mikey is an absolute dream puppy. He pays attention to people, loves to be handled and played with, loves to play with other dogs. I was so impressed with his ability to rough and tumble with one puppy, but then tone it way down with another puppy that was smaller. He deserves a special home because whoever takes him into their lives is getting a very special dog :-)

MELANIE

This tiny, cute puppy is MELANIE, a 2-3 month old a Lab mix who’s sweet, cuddly and friendly. Though she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly with kind handling and petting.
Melanie is looking for a committed family who’ll play with her, give her lots of love, and take her to puppy class.

SCARLETT

We have 3 of these adorable, 3 month old Chocolate Lab mix puppies, SCARLETT (pictured), DAISY & SCOUT. All of these little girls are perky, playful and lots of fun!! They love to play with their toys, and are very food-motivated and trainable.
Each of these puppies is looking for a loving home where she’ll have the attention and training all puppies need.

BYRON

BYRON is an adorable Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle mix who’s 1 – 1 1/2 years old. He was given up to the shelter along with Trevor (kennel 8), and like his brother, is a little shy and sensitive. He responds well to kind handling and encouragement and, like Trevor, is very food-motivated.
Byron will do well in a kind, committed home where he can be the only dog.
