  • COCO adopted April 2008 Formerly Annie

coco1.jpgCoCo who my husband and I adopted in April, 2008. She was formerly Annie, a pit who had been turned into the shelter in February, 2008 by her owner. Her records indicated she was “tick infested”. We just wanted you all to know she is a DOLL. She is the sweetest thing in the world and has a lovely disposition, despite her breed! She is a spoiled dog, who, along with her sister the Beast (who is also a Durham APS doggie!), enjoys chewies, walks around the neighborhood and area parks (like the Eno!), laying on the back of the sofa, watching TV, getting (and giving!) kisses, and, most of all, sleeping in bed with her parents! CoCo is so smart ~ she was fully house trained in weeks! My husband Dwain and I are so happy with her. We love her dearly!
