Donate $200 to the Animal Protection Society of Durham and receive an oil painting of your pet

Susie Iferd, an amazing APS volunteer, has donated her talents as an artist in hopes of encouraging others to give to a cause close to her heart. Susie hopes to raise $1,000 for APS in 2010 by contributing her time and talents and painting five portraits in return for five $200 donations to APS.

The first five donors who contact Rebecca Hankins, Development Director, at development@apsofdurham.org and make a gift of $200 or more will receive a custom portrait. The oil painting will be a “head only” portrait produced on an 8”x10” stretched canvas suitable for display as is or ready to frame. Donors will provide Susie with two or more photographs from which to paint your pet and the photos will be returned upon the completion of your painting.
