Fostering an Animal in Your Home

alyboyer-300x225Fostering is a serious responsibility and involves a lot of time and work on your part.  It can also be difficult to care for an animal like it’s your own and then have to say goodbye.  However, if you are up to the challenge it is immensely rewarding.  Because fosters are not available to be seen in the shelter, foster parents are responsible for promoting their foster by giving weekly updates, taking pictures, making videos, blogging, hanging fliers and more. This takes a significant amount of time and fosters must be dedicated to promoting their foster.
