Happy Endings

Just wanted to thank you all for the
wonderful addition to our family. Handsome (originally named Angelo while in
foster care) was adopted from APS in mid September 2005 at around 10 weeks
old. He is ½ yellow lab and ½ golden retriever. He is the best thing that
has ever happened to my wife and I.
When we got him he had had been living on the streets of Durham with his
mother and siblings. He had all the illnesses you might imagine (worms,
etc.) and had lost fur on his tail and paws. A little medicine and some
nurturing and he has grown into a big healthy dog. All of our extended
family love to visit because he is such a fun loving and sweet pup. We love
him more than anything we could have imagined and feel lucky to have him. We
often ask what we did before we had him (except sleep later…). Just wanted
you to know that he has a good home and is a member of the family.
