Happy Endings
- Lola (adopted August 8, 2007)

Hi there - just wanted to share an update on Lola. We
adopted her on August 8, and she quickly became the love of our lives. She had
been waiting for us at the shelter since April, and our vet said that she's
probably had many litters of puppies in her lifetime. Now she spends her days
enjoying hour-long walks, playing in the backyard, eating yummy food, tussling
with her brother, and cuddling in the bed with Mom and Dad. She was almost
instantly housetrained and although we bought a new crate for her, she's rarely
spent any time in it as we soon trusted her with free reign of the house while
we're gone. She is a fantastic dog and I feel so lucky to have her. Thank you
for taking good care of her until we found her. I've attached some pictures of
Lola's new happy life. We will see you later on in September when Lola comes
back to the shelter for her heartworm treatment.
