Hi, my name is Gracie. I was adopted by a nice
couple who had just lost their Westie and were really sad and depressed. The
lady had even said if she got another dog, she would name it Gracie. That was
already my name! I had come to the shelter with my sister and two older female
Shih Tzu friends and I was very afraid and sad, too.
A nice lady visited me, took my picture, and came back with her friend who later
adopted me. I am that Gracie she talked about! I have a wonderful new home with
lots of toys,so much love, and I think I took away the couple's sadness. They
seem so happy with me living here.
I met Elvis who lives across the street with that first lady. We are really a
cute couple. I go to his house and Elvis comes over to Graceland too. He even
likes me when I have a really bad hair day!
We are a lucky family. My new mom, dad, cockatoo friend and I are inseparable.
My mom says, "I'm the best!" Although I know I am spoiled, I love my new
life....
