Happy Endings

Dear APS,
We adopted Maggie at the end of last summer. She was just a little kitten
then (no shelter name) and actually picked me out by grabbing onto my shirt
with her little claws and meowing. We didn't realize then what a crazy cat
she would become because she got so sick right before she came home. Her
first night with us she had a fever and shivered all night. We think she
decided to make up for lost time by being a constant blur after she started
feeling better. She sounds like an elephant when she runs around in our
house. Her favorite things now include her big brother Chester (he is a
boxer), her sparkly puff toy that she carries from room to room as she
follows us around, drinking out of human glasses, watching cars out the
window, climbing as high as possible in our house, and giving us kisses.
Maggie has an amazing personality and makes us laugh every day. We are so
thankful to the APS for caring for her before she came home!
