Hi, I adopted Moose (formerly
Jonas) from the shelter in August (18?) 2004. He's been my constant companion
and road trip partner ever since. He's as well-traveled, sweet, loving boy, who
gets compliments wherever we go. He's weathered moves from Durham to California
and now to DC. he makes friends wherever he goes and has made my life that much
brighter since I got him! My dad boasts about him as if he were an actual grand
kid! It's hard to imagine the playful boy with no hair around his neck (in-grown
collar) that I first met in the shelter. He now has a life of playing, relaxing,
snuggling on cold nights, and making me laugh. Thanks to the staff at the
shelter for giving me this wonderful companion!
