Happy Endings - Ned (adopted august 2007)

Hello,
I wanted to send an update on Ned, who became my companion in early August this year. He was at the shelter for almost 4 months, and the volunteers mentioned becoming quite fond of him.
He's doing fantastic and has upgraded my quality of life 100-fold.
He's been camping/hiking/swimming, etc and shares my love of outdoor activities. We are getting a LOT of exercise. He's wonderful with other dogs and new people; I'm very excited to have him meet my family over the holidays. They live in NY, so it will be really fun to see how Ned enjoys his first snow!
We took training lessons with Jane Marshall who was wonderful and gave us the tools so Ned and I could communicate more effectively :)
Here are some pictures of us in the tent at Jordan Lake and at South Mountain State Park where we both found out that Ned's scared of horses! :)
Thanks so much for keeping Ned for so long and giving us a chance to find each other.
All the best,
Brooke
