My boyfriend and I adopted
Ranger (formerly Barkley) in early Dec 06'. We had been wanting to add a dog to
our family of 2 cats. When we first met Ranger he was immediately friendly and
affectionate. We instantly fell in love. Since he's been in our home he has been
the perfect dog. He loves people and other animals. He likes to give "hugs" by
putting one paw on each side of our heads and holding on for dear life. After a
shaky start, he and our 2 cats get along great. The APS of Durham was great to
work with and you can tell that they take good care of their animals. We will
definitely go back when we get our next pet.
