KITTENS!! Kittens are here and they’ve just gotten big enough to adopt! These little guys are tons of fun. They play hard and cuddle like nobody’s business. Don’t you want to bring a couple home with you???
Why two are better than one: Two kittens provide each other with exercise, social interaction, and mental stimulation. They teach each other important skills like the difference between fun play and play that is too rough. Kittens housed together have more opportunity to “just be cats” by socializing and playing with each other, and this means they are less likely to be destructive or engage in other problematic behaviors. Another benefit of having two kittens is that they are sometimes cleaner than “single” kittens. Kittens will groom each other’s ears and coats, often getting at places they can’t reach on their own!
When adopting small kittens, APS strongly encourages adopting two together so they can be truly happy! These kittens are living in our Kitten Cottage. Come by to meet them!
