MARIA This long-haired, dark calico loves to lay on her back and have her tummy rubbed—but she’s also extremely playful! This big, female cat is gorgeous and loving and her laid-back but playful attitude would probably get along well with other cats.

From a volunteer who took her to a PetSmart adoption event:

Maria went to PetSmart Saturday for a 3 hr adoption event. She was very good sitting in our laps and enjoyed all the attention from the children. Her motor was on high looking at PetSmart birds, but she was freaked out by the fish. If you have fish she’d probably stay as far from them as possible:)

Maria is a beautiful princess with super soft long tortie fur. She loves to stretch out and show her belly. She would be a super laid back companion for you.
