ROXIE

This is Roxie my sweet Boxer mix.  She came home with me one day in Sept 2002 on a day that was most likely her last.  I had never had a boxer and was not sure how she would do with my other two dogs but from the minute I got her home she took control of the house.   I was originally just going to foster her but she won my heart instantly.  She has so much personality it is hard not to love her the second you meet her.  In June 2003 she tested positive for heartworms.  With the help of her wonderful veterinarian she has made a full recovery.  She is the warmest, sweetest dog you will ever meet.  She welcomes every foster dog into our home with a big kiss in the face and a little playful boxer boxing.  Roxie always has a smile and big kiss for everyone.  Her little numb tail distinguishes her from the rest.  I can take her anywhere and she fits right in with out even asking twice.  Roxie loves meeting up with her friends at the dog park and always has a mission while there.
