Hopper

Personality Color: orange

Orange dogs are likely young, energetic, and enthusiastic with lots of love to give! They will thrive with regular exercise, and some training classes would be a good idea. These dogs would be a great companion for an active person who enjoys running or hiking in the park. Fenced-in yard a plus!

Bio data

Guess why they call me Hopper! I’m a sweet, curious, and active guy! I love to wiggle and walk, and you can always find me with a toy in my mouth, especially if it’s a squeaky one. I love to play, run, and show off my hops. I do well on my walks and have learned a lot here at the shelter. I am eager to learn new things and can’t wait to sniff my way on adventures together. I am about 56 pounds and have been at the shelter since January 17th! I love to give other dogs kisses, I just want to be their friend, but sometimes I can be too much for other doggos. I need some basic training and lots of brain games. I’m a busy guy who would love to go everywhere with you! I hope you’ll come meet me soon.

Adults only, very mouthy

Dogs: Friendly but a little stiff, slow intros, then offers some play
