Mabel
Personality Color: blue
Blue dogs are easy going and easily adapt to new situations. They are generally calm, may be playful but not overly exuberant, and will likely be happy doing just about anything with you. These dogs will be a good fit for just about any home, and would be great for first-time dog owners.- adult

More about Mabel from her foster:
I can’t prove it, but I’m almost certain Carole King wrote “Where You Lead” (better known as the Gilmore Girls theme song) about Mabel because she is the biggest sweetheart in the world. She is happy being lazy on the couch or going for a walk, but she always wants to maintain some physical contact with her person. With that being said, she patiently naps in her crate while I am in class.
I can’t stress this enough: she’s incredibly easygoing, but timid at first, and has so much love to give. People are incredibly impressed by her demeanor when I bring her out with me.
Mabel is also wicked smart. Tell her something once and she gets it. She’s housetrained and crate trained [please note that any dog may have an adjustment period in a new home]. Mabel doesn’t bark. When she wants to get your attention, she’ll shake her head to jingle the tags on her collar.
