Nashville
Personality Color: orange
Orange dogs are likely young, energetic, and enthusiastic with lots of love to give! They will thrive with regular exercise, and some training classes would be a good idea. These dogs would be a great companion for an active person who enjoys running or hiking in the park. Fenced-in yard a plus!- adult
- female

Clever Girl! That will be my new nickname if you take me home! I’m a smart, curious, independent, and food-motivated girl who LOVES to learn! I like treats, exploring, being curious, and affection when I ask for it! I’ll need lots of brain games, loose-leash walking training, positive experiences, and a routine. I’d really benefit from having a job to do, too! Are you ready to learn with me?!
Kids: 6+, dog-savvy kids, independent
Dogs: Comes on strong, can be controlling, needs savvy chase partner, slow intros and tolerant dogs
More about Nashville from her foster:
Nashville has been doing SO well in foster care – her sweet, loyal personality really shines through once she’s comfortable in a home. She’s a confident girl who’s pretty independent but also super eager to please. She’s incredibly smart! She already knows “sit,” “down,” and “come.” We’re still working on “stay,” but she’s getting better with that and a bunch of other stuff too. She’s an energetic girl and very playful (rope/tug toys are her absolute favorite), but after that it’s all kisses, cuddles, and belly rubs on the couch. Her zoomies when I get home from work are HILARIOUS! She can be forward when she meets other dogs, but she and my dog are buds now. Not so for my cat! No felines for this girl. I love having her, but I know the right home for her is out there!
