Personality Color: orange

Orange dogs are likely young, energetic, and enthusiastic with lots of love to give! They will thrive with regular exercise, and some training classes would be a good idea. These dogs would be a great companion for an active person who enjoys running or hiking in the park. Fenced-in yard a plus!

Bio data

Helloooo! Have you ever seen a dog like me? I’m a sweet, sensitive, wiggly man who gets excited easily. I like people, affection, and TOYS! I can be a little nervous—I’ll do well learning some calming exercises. I’ll also need basic training, 4 on the floor, brain games, and an active lifestyle. I’m a great sidekick! Let’s have loads of fun together!

Kids: 8+, sensitive, can be jumpy and grabby, avoids fast movements

Dogs: A little intense and forward, then friendly sniffing

Otto recently had a doggy day out, here’s what the humans had to say about him:

He was so excited when he left the shelter and knew that getting in a car meant FUN! As soon as he got to the house he was very calm and just relaxed until we were ready to leave again. He went to West Point on the Eno and made friends with every person he came in contact with. Very curious and friendly with other dogs. It appeared he may never have been in water before but he had fun in the river.  He sat nicely on the patio at Whole Foods while we ate.  One tired pup on the way back.  Loves toys and can get very playful with them.
