Hi, my name is Rain! I’m one of the dogs APS rescued from a commercial dog breeder in partnership with Bissell Pet Foundation. I’ve had a rough start to life and can’t wait to find my future family! Please be patient with me as I learn how the world works and learn to accept the love I deserve. In my new home I’ll need confidence building, a cozy retreat, and lots of positive experiences. Could my forever home be with you?
