Toys, play, fetch, toys, food, nap… that’s the order of the day for me! I also love being active with people, treats, and exploring — my big, beautiful ears are on constant swivel during new activities! I’ll need plenty of activity and training to keep my brain busy. I’m a very smart boy who loves to learn — let’s do it together! Take me home today!

Kids: 10+, object exchange for toys, young, may be jumpy when excited

Dogs: Loves rough and tumble play, may be too much for some dogs, needs to take frequent breaks

After growing up in the shelter, Regatta is finally getting to experience what it’s like to be part of a family — and he’s thriving! This smart, sweet boy has a big heart and an even bigger love for life. He adores toys, belly rubs, and meeting new dogs and people (he’s quite the social butterfly!).

Regatta is an active pup who would love a home with a yard to play in and, ideally, a doggy friend to show him the ropes. He’s already potty trained and making great progress with his crate training. He’s also learning new manners every day — he’s very food-motivated and easy to redirect with treats.

Not only is he strikingly handsome, but he’s also full of love, curiosity, and potential. He’s the kind of dog who will make you laugh, keep you on your toes, and melt your heart all at once.

Regatta is looking for a patient, kind person (or family!) who will keep helping him learn and grow. A confident dog buddy would be the icing on the cake!
