Meet Rufus, a gentle giant with an even bigger heart! I’m an easygoing older gentleman who believes life is best enjoyed at a comfortable pace, preferably with plenty of chest rubs, soft affection, and my favorite people nearby. I love taking leisurely strolls where I can sniff around and see what’s happening in the neighborhood, but I’m just as happy heading home for a well-earned nap in a nice, comfy spot. My dream home includes an orthopedic bed worthy of a gentleman of my experience, elevated food and water bowls, and plenty of tasty treats—those are definitely a few of my favorite things! I’m looking for a family who appreciates the simple pleasures and will let me settle into a comfortable routine filled with affection, good snacks, and lots of companionship.
