I may be a little quiet and reserved when we first meet, but give me some time and you’ll discover a sweet, affectionate guy who loves leaning in for pets and spending time with my people. I’m not the kind of pup who needs to be the center of attention—I’m happiest with gentle companionship, tasty treats, a comfy bed, and a calm place where I can relax and settle in. I seem to prefer the company of my humans over other dogs, so I may be happiest as your one-and-only pup where I can soak up all the love. New things can be a little overwhelming, so I’d love a family that lets me take life at my own pace and helps me build confidence through positive experiences and enrichment. I’m still figuring out my favorite toys, but I have a feeling my playful side may come out once I’m comfortable in a home.
