Personality Color: green

Green dogs are a bit more shy and sensitive, maybe a little anxious, but are sweet and they try hard. These dogs will flourish with patient adopters providing gentle guidance and confidence building. They are likely too timid for active homes with children, and would do best in a calm, quiet home getting the TLC they deserve.

Well hello! I’m a super sweet girl with a big heart and lots of love to give! I love treats, affection, and staying active. I’ll need a healthy diet in my forever home, lots of love, and gentle petting. I like treats, sniffing and exploring, affection and being with my favorite person. Do you think that’s YOU?!

Kids: 6+, anxious, worried by fast movements

Dogs: Unknown, recommend dog-dog

Snookie recently spent some time on a Doggy Day Out. Here’s what the humans have to say about her:

“I had the pleasure of hosting Snookie this weekend. What a sweet, silly girl she is outside of the shelter. She is house trained and crate trained and was VERY well behaved. She loves to snuggle and take walks. She was non-reactive to dogs and did well with an on leash meet and greet with my neighbors dog. She got lots of healthy food and exercise and was able to come out of her shell—she loves greeting everyone who passes by and did really well when friends stopped by on Friday.”
