Sox
Personality Color: orange
Orange dogs are likely young, energetic, and enthusiastic with lots of love to give! They will thrive with regular exercise, and some training classes would be a good idea. These dogs would be a great companion for an active person who enjoys running or hiking in the park. Fenced-in yard a plus!- adult

Watch me bouncing along on a walk!
And here I am playing tic-tac-toe! (Spoiler alert: I’m not very good, but I had so much fun!)
I’m a HUGE fan… of snuggles! I’ll even jump up to say hello and lay in your lap for neck and booty scritches! I’m a smiley, social, energetic, and curious guy who loves a good cuddle! I love treats, exploring, play with toys, and all the affection you can bear to give! I’ll need some help with my basic training, including loose leash walking. I’d benefit from daily enrichment, lots of exercise, and a human cuddle buddy… is that YOU? Come visit me if you’re looking for a total loverboy!
More about Sox from his foster:
This sweet boy is truly the total package—he knows cues like sit, let’s go, and leave it, and he comes when called (gold star student ⭐️).
Sox is the perfect mix of chill, loving, and playful. He’s amazing on walks (just wait until you see his adorable little trot 🐾), great with other dogs and cats, and always ready to hop in the front seat for his next adventure. He’d really thrive with a busy family who wants to take their dog with them on their outings.
His ideal evening? Cuddled up on the couch with a soft toy (he likes to hug it between his paws), soaking up belly rubs and love. Fair warning… those puppy dog eyes are very hard to resist.
Kids: 8+, excited energy, can be grabby with treats
Dogs: Forward sniffing, may like to hump, needs a tolerant dog, slow intros
