I am a handsome, athletic guy with a stunning brown brindle and merle coat, an alert mind, and a heart of gold. I like to keep my cards close to my chest when I first meet new people—I am an independent thinker who likes to assess the room before diving in—but once you earn my trust, I flip right into an affectionate, sweet shadow!

I am built for outdoor action, long trail walks, and focused training. Here are a few recipe highlights from my résumé:

  • Ball Is Life: Skip the soft toys—tennis balls are my ultimate passion! I love chasing after balls, proudly carrying them around in my mouth, and showing off my athletic moves.
  • Neck Scritch Connoisseur: Want to see me instantly melt into happiness? Gentle neck scritches are the secret ingredient to my heart—scratch right by my collar, and I will lean in with total contentment.
  • Attentive Treat Scholar: I already know “sit”! I am very attentive when food is involved and take treats with a remarkably soft, gentle touch, making training sessions a total delight.
  • Trail-Ready Explorer: I have plenty of fun energy to share and love long walks in the fresh air. I am currently practicing my loose-leash walking manners so we can explore side-by-side like true partners.

Because I can get a little overexcited during high-speed games like tag, I do best with structured play (like fetch!) and an active home (with kids 8+) that appreciates a sharp, active companion.
