Identifying Marks
I’m concerned... the little guy (or girl) seems to have blisters and dandruff (possibly dead fleas?) all over him. I wanna take him in and help because he/she is SOOOOO SWEET, but I don’t know what the ethical/legal thing to do first is. I’ll call during operating hours soon, but wanted to make you aware.
