Jordan High School’s Legally Blonde production ties in APS fundraising and adoptions

Legally Blonde – The Musical, the theater department’s Spring musical, is April 20-22, and the students created a very fun way to tie in fundraising for APS, as well as educating their school and the public on animal welfare.

Not only will they be accepting donations for APS the entire length of the musical, they are also featuring APS in their program. To top it off, one family has decided to adopt a “Bruiser” from APS, and have it star in the play. (Elle Woods, the main character, always has Bruiser by her side.) Bruiser was adopted by SynKari, who happens to be the male lead in Charles E. Jordan High School‘s spring production – Legally Blonde, The Musical! Bruiser will be at each rehearsal with SynKari, playing the lead dog in the production.

APS will have three adoptable dogs from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 20, and Friday, April 21. APS will also be accepting donations through the theater group’s Walk for the Animals team page.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. each night – get there early to meet the wonderful adoptable dogs from APS!

Tickets to Legally Blonde are available in advance online:
