We will start at with a beginner friendly smooth approximately 45 yoga class that will hopefully turn into an hour or so of playing with cats, and cats playing with us.
Bring your family and your ashtanga and non-ashtanga friends, bring cat toys, a mat if you have one. Cats provided by Animal Protection Society of Durham!
